Were lights over Norway proof of extraterrestrial life?

If you were visiting Norway last week, you probably saw something many eyewitnesses believed to be extraterrestrial in origin. According to reports, a number of blue and yellow lights cast an otherworldly glow in the Norwegian sky last Friday night, leaving many observers searching for answers. Were these lights a natural phenomenon? Were they the result of alien activity?
